Our first patent has arrived!
Today they received an original patent on hand! It has been finally delivered to our office!
The international application fixes the priority date. It has already been fixed at the time of applying for the international phase. In August 2018 we start the national phase will begin: there will come time to define in what countries we do patents. And in each specific chosen country will be made its own application. However, first-to-file rule works from from February 2017 when the application was submitted.
